What does my package price include?
Every package includes the listed materials, delivery, design, and setup. Extras are priced separately when they are not already part of your package. We’ll confirm your package and any additions before booking. The ASAP team creates the final arrangement to suit your entryway.
When can my porch be decorated?
All porch decorating services take place Monday through Friday during our October 1–November 22, 2026 season. Share your preferred timing when you contact us; we’ll confirm an available weekday installation date.
Do I need to be home for service?
No. You do not need to be home for your porch decorating service. Please make sure your front entryway is accessible and let us know about any access instructions before your scheduled visit.
Will you take photos of my porch?
Yes. Before-and-after pictures will be taken to document your entryway and the completed display.
Can you decorate a small porch or apartment entrance?
Yes. The $250 Small Space Harvest package is designed for townhomes, apartments, condos, and small porches. Send a photo so we can discuss the space.
How much is the deposit?
A 50% deposit is required to secure materials: $125 for Small Space Harvest, $225 for Cozy Welcome, $300 for Porchside Harvest, or $425 for Autumn Showcase. Signature Fall starts at $1,100, with a minimum $550 deposit. Your deposit is 50% of the final confirmed quote, including any selected additions.
Can I customize the display?
Yes. You can customize your display with different items, including wreaths, mums, ornamental grasses, cornstalks, scarecrows, seasonal accents, and extra bales. Additions cost extra unless included in your selected package. The ASAP team determines the overall design and placement based on your selected items and the size, layout, and appearance of your front entryway.
What do I do with the pumpkins and decorations after the season?
Let us know when you’re ready to take down your display. Pumpkins that are still in good condition can be donated to a farm through ASAP. Contact us to coordinate and discuss what to do with the remaining decorations; not all decorative items are suitable for farm donation.
Do the pictures show exactly what I’ll receive?
Photos are design inspiration, not a guarantee of exact quantities or identical styling. Use the item list for your selected package to see what is included. Wreaths, mums, and other accents shown in photos cost extra unless listed in your package. The ASAP team tailors the arrangement to your entryway.
How does the $50 Pumpkin Insurance work?
Add this optional service to your decorating package. We replace any pumpkin supplied by ASAP that turns rotten from October 1 through Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2026, at no additional replacement charge. Send us a photo and contact us to arrange a replacement. Installation appointments remain available Monday–Friday during our October 1–November 22 installation season.
